1. After you take a shower prepare a tub of warm clean water.
2. Lie back with your feet on the edges of the bathtub.
3. Relax the vagina muscles totally so that the water can enter the vagina.
4. Contract the muscles strongly to force the water out with a noticeable
spurt.
5. Eight such relaxations and contractions are recommended daily.

BE CAREFUL: When you first attempt this exercise it can be done with
relative ease, but it gets more and more difficult as the level of interest
decreases with the passage of time. You should remember that you will become a
special woman for all your lovers by practising this simple exercise.
