The point of no-return is defined as the point in which you can't avoid ejaculation anymore and it appears due to intense and uncontrolled excitation during lovemaking.

If you wish to practice sexual continence you have to stop when you feel that you are getting close to this point, taking your time to calm down, to transform the "explosive" energy and to sublimate it into volitional, affective, mental and spiritual energy.

Therefore, it is highly important that we become very attentive during lovemaking so that we perceive the symptoms announcing the point of no-return.

When the excitement builds up gradually, the point of no-return is announced by the aforementioned symptoms, and it is easier for us to take whatever precautions are necessary in order to avoid it.
