PART 3
LOVEMAKING ITSELF
Spontaneity is also manifested during lovemaking. In lovemaking both lovers can be active or passive, leading the game or allowing themselves to be led.

The experience of love is of utmost importance, it allows things to evolve freely, waiting for the moment in which the body begins to move and to vibrate according to its own desire.

Thus, we begin to move together, naturally, precisely in the way we feel we should move, one for the other, spontaneously changing our attitudes and gestures in order to be in harmony with our lover and with ourselves.

It would be absurd to jump right into to various pelvic movements right away during lovemaking. Although there are certain sexual movements that are fundamental, they need to be spontaneous, born from reflex, generated by being close to one another, when the two merge intimately, acting and reacting as one, this touch should be realized in more ways than with a simple pelvic movement.

The genuine erotic experience cannot exist in the absence of this form of total communication. Therefore, we must not think that one of us is doing something for the other, or the other way around.

In fact, it should be seen as a creative and spontaneous communication in which the couple manages to act as one being.

LOVEMAKING AND BOREDOM
Our spontaneous physical movements are practically unlimited and they include, potentially, all the known and registered techniques.

In fact, spontaneous eroticism comes from that creative, inventive and artistic part of our mind and therefore we are united in a more harmonious and creative way than if we imposed a plan on ourselves.

Spontaneity is the key through which we can understand why spiritual lovemaking can never be boring. Just as in the case of an artist, it is all about pure creativity, bringing with it happiness and elevation.

We do not need to be preoccupied by premeditated actions, about thoughts dealing with form, size, shape, speed or force of the movements that generate excitement.

First of all, the sensation of uniqueness is born inside of us, the intimacy, the closeness, the union, the fact that we have become one being who feels, acts and reacts spontaneously as a whole rejoicing in its unified consciousness.

If we do not make any effort to move one way or another, or to inhibit certain gestures or movements, paying attention to our sensations and to those of our beloved, our movements will begin to flow naturally, carrying us to a new universe of perfect harmony in which all flows and all forms are dissolved.

This very instability and continuous change of form gives birth to aspiration, to elevation, and to the quest for all that is eternally immutable, to the yearning for God.
