The sixth recipe for your beauty: VARYING THE FOOD SO THAT IT ACTS ON THE DIFFERENT STRUCTURES
1. Eat a fruit-salad or Kolath diet food (fruit + cereals + spices + honey) until you reach satiety and you feel you cannot eat another bite.

2. Eat in a very refined atmosphere. Clean the house, bring flowers on the table, even a mirror that will help you enjoy the naturalness of your gestures. The tablecloth should be immaculate.

Control each of your gestures and do not make any erratic gestures. Allow yourself to move elegantly. Chew your food for a long time, noticing its consistence, tactile sensations, color, flavors.

Notice the difference between the two ways of consuming the same type of food. Pay attention to the effects on your psychic, not only on your physical body. Repeat this exercise for at least one month, once a week.

This method was especially developed in order to help you refine your feminity. Undoubtedly, the refinement you prove while eating will soon reflect in other aspects of your life as well.

The seventh recipe for your beauty: SPICED MILK
This is a highly nutritive aliment, recommended especially for those with frail constitutions, or with lack of calcium.

Its role of stimulating the growth processes makes this aliment very important in a person’s diet, even from early childhood.

Nonetheless, just as any other aliment, the milk has different effects on different persons. In some cases, it is even not recommended, for obese people, or persons dealing with sinusitis, allergy, chronic bronchitis, or other affections that lead to the secretion of a great quantity of mucus.

In other cases, however, the use of certain spices may improve or correct the action of the milk.

In the following, you can find out how to benefit of the milk according to your own fundamental constitutional type.

IN THE TREATMENT OF KAPHA DOSHA AGGRAVATION:
In the cases of KAPHA DOSHA aggravation, especially when accompanied by frequent cold, rhinitis, sinusitis, excessive mucus, and adipose tissue in excess milk is not at all recommended. Nonetheless, you may drink milk on occasions, one cup of milk in 3 or 4 days.

Add to the milk a small quantity of one or several of the following spices: caraway, cardamom, coriander, anise, saffron, ginger, and bitter curry. Although honey, in small quantities is good with the milk, it is recommendable that the KAPHA persons avoid the combination.

The milk should be warm, at least 21 Celsius degrees. On the other hand, the temperature of the milk should not go over 35-38 Celsius degrees, because at this temperature the enzymes present in the milk will be destroyed.

The natural, not boiled milk is most effective, if the conditions of a perfect hygiene are ensured.

IN THE TREATMENT OF PITTA DOSHA AGGRAVATION:
In cases of PITTA aggravation, it is recommendable that one consumes milk, especially not boiled, and adding spices to enhance its beneficialial effects: fennel, saffron, and mint. You may add a little honey, as the sweet taste of pure food is beneficialial in the treatment of this type of aggravation.

You may also drink the milk colder, but not directly from the refrigerator. As mentioned above, the natural, not boiled milk is most effective, if the conditions of a perfect hygiene are ensured.

IN THE TREATMENT OF VATA DOSHA AGGRAVATION:
The qualities and fame of milk as a nutritional aliment, helping the formation and regeneration of tissues recommend it in the treatment of this type of aggravation.

The spices we are about to mention at this point are meant to make this aliment as compatible as possible with the digestive system – the sensitive point in this fundamental, structural type.

The persons using milk in the treatment of different types of aggravation may have to deal with flatulence, diarrhea, and stomachal disorders. In order to avoid these, use the following spices: fennel, caraway, coriander, anise, dill seed, cardamom, thyme, wild thyme. Add some honey, to your taste.

It would be ideal to drink the milk while not very warm, but sometimes you may make an exception in order to make it more digestible. You may also add a spice or a combination of the spices in the hot milk, adding the honey only after the milk has cooled down.
