Y O G A   C O U R S E   I N   S W E D E N

In 1997 the non-profit foundation, "ESOTERIC ORIENT YOGA", started a yoga course in Karlskrona, Sweden, having Miss Georgiana Danet as yoga teacher. This yoga school is a branch of the Romanian foundation "MISA", teaching also in Integral Yoga.

At the present time there are three groups, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd yoga year.

The students are very conscientious, they practice yoga every day, and already after few months they obtained amazing results.

The courses are once a week, around three hours. The students receive written material, in Swedish; the teacher teaches in Swedish and English.

Once a month there is a movie visioning, where the students receive a material containing some explanations about the symbols from the movie.

We do from time to time a so-called "relay race" meditation for 24 hours, in which every one meditates for 30 minutes with the same mantra several times that day.

The results were impressive, so the students wanted to repeat the experience.

Because this is the only yoga school in the district, there are people coming from several towns.

The foundation has also a library, having for now only 80 titles, with books about yoga, Ayurveda, astrology, shaivism, cromotherapy, tantra, Buddhism, religion, occultism, philosophy, literature.

The local papers wrote some articles about our yoga course, and we had also an interview on the local radio station.

There are more and more people interested in yoga, who phone us at our headquarters, wanting to attend our classes.

In 1998 we had a course for the employees from Ericsson. After this course, other companies phoned us, wanting to benefit by the same course.


Our yoga school has a website. As a project for the future we want to modify and complete the site.
