S H A K T I   C O U R S E

In 1998 the non-profit foundation, "ESOTERIC ORIENT YOGA", started a Shakti course in Karlskrona, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. In year 2000 it started also in Malmö, Sweden, the same course, having Miss Georgiana Danet as teacher.

The course contains techniques from Tantra Yoga, astrology, sexology, cromotherapy, Ayurveda, meditation, massage, special training on the force centres (Cakras), applied psychology, group techniques, the harmonious development of the personality, creative visualisation, etc.

The two hours course takes place every two weeks.

In Denmark there are two groups, one with Romanian women and one with Danish women.

The idea from which the teacher started was that there are a lot of beautiful women who do not manifest plenary this beauty, most of them because lack of self-confidence.

The teacher thought about what "perfect woman" means, and the answer was: to be the woman of all masculine typologies' dreams.

A true Shakti is a vital, sensual woman, with a developed sense of humour, affectionate, loving, full of refinement, intuitive, intelligent, a woman of common sense and full of aspiration.

Most women have these qualities, but they do not manifest them, and this course has as primary purpose to bring these qualities to the surface.

The course is structured as a group, as a spiritual sisterhood, where the participants become friends, transforming themselves by assimilating through admiration the qualities of the other women in the group.

We discuss in our groups about everything, from how to awaken and control the sexual potential, to how health problems or couple problems.

The techniques we are doing in these groups are "growing" gradually, the new technique being based on the previous ones, so there is an ascendant evolution, on higher and higher levels of complexity.

A first point is to change the mental attitudes, towards oneself and towards the people around one.

We insist a lot on the fact that men and women think differently, live differently, and without a thorough understanding of this there is no such thing as harmonious couple integration.

For example, we have suggested to the women from the 1st year to have another attitude when they make love, to do this as being a sacred act, in which they give themselves to the divinity in their lover.

One of the women told us that she did exactly like this, and her lover said that he felt he made truly love for the first time in his life, that he was overwhelmed by the sacredness of his states of consciousness.

Those who are in these groups for several years became friends, help each other, spend time together and practice together.

All of them are delighted of their transformations since they are attending the Shakti group.
